By accessing and using the Lprjoqkrmm, C.A. platform (hereinafter "Lprjoqkrmm" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use. If you disagree with any of the provisions established herein, please refrain from using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Lprjoqkrmm, C.A., a commercial company domiciled in Caracas, Venezuela, registered in the Second Mercantile Registry of the Judicial District of the Capital District and Miranda State, with Tax ID (RIF) J-50324178-9.

Lprjoqkrmm operates as a technology intermediation platform that facilitates real estate crowdlending, connecting investors with property project developers in Venezuela. Our services include the presentation of previously evaluated real estate investment opportunities, administrative management of investments, monitoring of project progress, and distribution of returns to participating investors. Lprjoqkrmm acts exclusively as a technology intermediary and does not guarantee the results of investments made through the platform.

To use Lprjoqkrmm's investment services, you must create an account providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. The registration process includes identity verification in accordance with current Capital Legitimation Prevention regulations in Venezuela. We reserve the right to reject or cancel registrations that do not meet verification requirements. You must be of legal age (18 years) under Venezuelan law and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our platform.

All real estate investment carries inherent risks. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept that: The value of investments may decrease as well as increase, and there is a possibility of partially or totally losing the invested capital. Projected returns are estimates based on professional analysis and do not constitute a guarantee of future results. Macroeconomic, regulatory, exchange rate, and market factors may significantly affect the performance of real estate projects. Lprjoqkrmm does not act as a guarantor of investments and is not responsible for losses derived from real estate market fluctuations or individual investment decisions.

All content on the platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, source code, design, and website structure, is the exclusive property of Lprjoqkrmm, C.A. or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, or commercial use of platform content without prior written authorization from Lprjoqkrmm is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by Venezuelan law, Lprjoqkrmm shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Lprjoqkrmm does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by technical maintenance, infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, or force majeure circumstances. Lprjoqkrmm's total liability to the user, for any concept, shall not exceed the total amount of commissions paid by the user during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Caracas, Capital District, Venezuela. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days before resorting to judicial proceedings.

Lprjoqkrmm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify registered users by email at least fifteen (15) days in advance. Continued use of the platform after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
